Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, fruit and nuts.
  2. Shape into small balls, roughly the size of a teaspoon.
  3. Melt chocolate in microwave, about two minutes. Stir to melt remaining chips. Microwave in thirty second increments, as necessary to melt all chips, being careful not to scorch chocolate.
  4. Dip peanut butter balls in melted chocolate, covering completely. Lift out with a fork, and place on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least fifteen minutes, or until chocolate sets.
