Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar

Directions:

  1. Scoop out the avocado and put in a blender.
  2. Add the cream and blend until smooth.
  3. Gradually add milk, vanilla, honey and sugar.
  4. Serve in chilled glasses.
