A sweet, mild, creamy and smooth mint coloured milkshake. recipe given to me by my friend Darlene Brubaker. YUM!
Ingredients:
1 cup 2% low-fat milk
1 avocado
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a blender until smooooooth.
2. If you want it thicker, add more ice, if you really like vanilla, add more!
3. this is a very flexible recipe and really satisfying!
