  1. Peel and chop the avos ..
  2. Place in blender together with the milk,cardamom powder and condensed milk
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Spoon into large serving dish or individual small ones
  5. Pour custard evenly over the avo
  6. Mix cream with a whisk until smooth then spoon over the custard
  7. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over
  8. Decorate with cream rosettes,avo slices and mint....mmhhh...yummy
