Avocado Cream Cheese Open Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften the cream cheese in a bowl with a fork
  2. Peel avocado, remove the seed and add it to the cheese
  3. Mash avocado until everything in the bowl becomes creamy consistence
  4. Add a dash of salt, wasabi on the knife tip and a couple drops of lemon juice
  5. Stir it and put a layer of this paste on top of the crackers or pieces of bread (4x4 cm)
  6. Decorate each mini-sandwich with one or or two mint leaves
