Aunt Neta's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 can pumpkin 15oz
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients first then wet.
  2. Pour in to greased and lightly floured loaf pans (3)
  3. Bake at 350 for one hour
