Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Pour into 3 loaf pans (or 2 if you want larger loaves).
  3. Bake at 350 for about 60 minutes.
