Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Soak bran and sour cream together for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat sugar, oil, eggs, and juice.
  3. Add in sour cream/bran mixture.
  4. Add in dry ingredients.
  5. Pour into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 15 min.
  7. Or until tester comes away clean.
