Aunt Cheryl's Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat and combine all ingredients EXCEPT COCONUT.
  3. Stir in coconut with spoon after smooth.
  4. Pour mixture in unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. (optional) Serve with Breyer's Vanilla Ice Cream.
