Aunt Ceil's Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb butter (2 sticks)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 hard boiled egg yolks sieved
  • 2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add sieved egg yolks and cream well. Add extract and mix until combined. Add flour and mix well by hand.
  3. Use cookie press. Bake about 12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack immediately to cool.
