Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To make the meatballs, soften the saltines in water and add to meat.
  2. Add salt and mix well.
  3. Form into round ballls and refrigerate for 0 hour.
  4. In a medium saucpan, combine the grape jelly, chili sauce, and lemon juice.
  5. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove meatballs from fridge and add to saucepan.
  7. Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes until the meat is browned and cooked through.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles.
