Asparagus, Thyme and Tomato Halibut

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Trim asparagus and lay on bottom of a medum-sized baking dish.
  3. Scatter cherry tomatoes on top.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Lay thyme sprigs on top.
  6. Place halibut on the bed of asparagus.
  7. Combine lemon juice and olive oil and drizzle over halibut.
  8. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  9. Roast uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes, or until fish is done.
  10. Sprinkle with dill, if desired.
  11. Serve with sliced lemon.
