Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup hoisen sauce

Directions:

  1. Asian-Style Halibut...
  2. /4 c hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp asian chile paste, 1 tsp dark sesame oil, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp lime juice, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1 1/2 lbs Halibut fillets (or seabass), 3 scallions thinly sliced, 1 lime cut einto wedges for garnish
  3. Whisk together first 7 ingredients in small bowl
  4. Coat glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place fish in the baking dish in a single layer. Set aside 3 tbsp of hoisin mixture and spoon remaining mixture over top of fish. Cover and place in refrigerateor 20 mins.
  5. Heat oven to 450
  6. Roast the fish uncovered for 7 mins in 450 oven, remove from oven and cover with remaining hoisin mix, sprinkle with scallions. Return to oven and roast for another 5-6 mins, until fish flakes easily with fork. Garnish with lime wedges.
