Asian Pork a La Jenny-Crock Pot Sunday Dinner

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Soy Sauce, pepper, Brown Sugar, Apple Juice, garlic, vinegar, mustard and Ginger.
  2. Whisk together until well mixed.
  3. Layer onions on bottom of Crock Pot.
  4. Place Roast on top.
  5. Pour Soy sauce mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle ground cloves to cover top of roast.
  7. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
  8. Serve with rice and snow pea vegetable mix.
  9. Enjoy!
