Apricot Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle Pork Tenderloin with salt and pepper and sear on all sides.
  2. Place garlic and sliced onion in bottom of crock pot and put Pork Tenderloin on top.
  3. Mix together white wine and apricot preserves and pour over tenderloin.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until done!
