Apricot Amaretto Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 jar (18 oz) apricot jam

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the jam and allow it to melt into the butter. Add the amaretto and blend in. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
