Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 slices toast
  • 8 slices apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix peanut butter, butter and cinnamon.
  2. Spread on each piece toast and top with an apple slice.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Place under broiler until bubbly, about 3 minutes.
