Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, flour and baking power, in another bowl, combine milk, applesauce and egg whites; add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a heated griddle coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook until bubbles appear on the top; turn and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Yield 5 servings (two pancakes each).
