Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites to soft peaks
  2. Melt the tbsp of Butter in a separate bowl then combine it with the rest of the ingredients, leave the oil to grease the pan. Then gently fold the egg whites into the pancake batter
  3. To create even sized pancakes use a 1/4 cup measuring cup
  4. I cooked some apple to put on top and also some cinnamon infused syrup
