Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg substitute for 1 minute on medium speed.
  2. Add applesauce, milk, oil and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients; gradually add to applesauce mixture.
  4. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour into a 13-in. X9-in. X2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Yield: 15 servings.
