Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine butter, eggs, sugar, soda, vanilla, cinnamon and flour in a large bowl. Beat until well mixed.
  2. Add apples and nuts; stir to mix.
  3. Scrape into greased 9x9-inch pan.
  4. Bake in 350F oven 40-50 minutes.
  5. Cool 15 minutes. Sift icing sugar over top. Cut into 36 squares.
