Apple Sopapillas

Ingredients:

  • 6 8- inch flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • oil

Directions:

  1. On each flour tortilla,place 2 T. apple pie filling.
  2. Fold as you would a burrito.
  3. Deep fry in 1 inch of oil, seam down until brown on both sides.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Dust with confectioner's sugar.
