Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add quick bread mix and cinnamon; beat until combined.
  4. Fold in apples and raisins.
  5. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. In a small bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar, cinnamon, butter, vanilla and enough milk to achieve desired consistency.
  9. Drizzle over cake.
