Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil water and add apple, butter and mushrooms.
  2. Take off heat and stir in bread crumbs/stuffing mix. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Add to shallow baking dish.
  4. Brown pork chops and lay on top of stuffing mixture.
  5. Spread soup, undiluted, over the top and bake for 30 min. at 350.
