  1. Slice the apple in half and scoop out the core, being sure to also remove the seeds, stem to bottom. FIll cavity in apples with peanut butter, top each half with a marshmallow. Place under preheated broiler in baking dish. Watch closely, boiling only until the marshmallows are toasted.
