Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine apples, lemon rind, and sugar. Divide between four individual ovenproof dishes.
  3. Topping: Place flour, cinnamon, sugar, and butter in a food processor. Place until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and top is golden.
