Apple Cider Vinaigrette

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. In a jar with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cinnamon stick.
  2. Can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
  3. Chef's notes: This fat-free vinaigrette is a popular dressing on the salad bar at Canyon Ranch spas. Try it on fresh greens, on roasted squash, or use it as a marinade for Canyon Ranch's Spinach Salad with Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette.
