Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs apples
  • 1 gallon boiling water
  • 1 lb sugar
  • 1 oz raisins

Directions:

  1. Cut apples into pieces, skins and cores.
  2. Add sugar and raisins.
  3. Cover with boiling water.
  4. Allow to stand for 4 days.
  5. Strain and bottle.
  6. Tie corks down!
