Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Stir together apples, sugar, oil, eggs and nuts.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into apple mixture.
  3. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
