Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combined apple, celery, grapes, and marshmallows.
  2. In a chilled mixing bowl, beat evaporated milk until frothy.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla to evaporated milk.
  4. Beat in mayonnaise and peanut butter.
  5. Pour over apple mixture; stir in mixed nuts, if desired.
