Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup granulated
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat yolk of egg then add sugar, flour and butter then mix thoroughly.
  2. Put in saucepan and put on stove then add water and stir constantly until it boils.
  3. Let cool completely then add vanilla and gently fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
  4. Pour sauce over diced apples and bananas.
