Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic , cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/8 tsp salt , to taste
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive container; shake well and let stand overnight at room temperature.
  2. Delicious on a classic Greek salad with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and olives.
