Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  3. Cream butter until light and fluffy, gradually adding in sugars
  4. Add eggs, rind and vanilla and beat well
  5. Blend in flour mixture, rolled oats, nuts, raisins, dates and coconut
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes
