Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp soda
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 bananas (that are browning)

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, soda and salt.
  3. Alternately add buttermilk and flour.
  4. Add bananas (mashed).
  5. Pour into loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for at least an hour. (Make sure not to overbake.)
