Always Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
  2. In large bowl beat butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding until creamy.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture, and beat until combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (if desired).
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
