Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice brie in half, horizontally
  2. Put bottom half on microwave safe plate
  3. In mixing bowl, add raspberry jam, liqueur and mix
  4. Spread onto cheese, leaving 1 in. margin around edge
  5. Top with remaining cheese half
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and almonds
  7. Drizzle with honey
  8. Microwave on high for a minute or so until just soft
