All in One Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 12 medium eggs
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1/2 lb sausage
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 2 cups hash browns

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.
  3. Cook sausage until done.
  4. In the grease from the bacon cook the Hash Browns until done.
  5. Finely chop onions and bell pepper.
  6. In large bowl whisk eggs, (about 30 Seconds).
  7. Chop bacon and sausage to bite size pieces.
  8. Add all ingredients to eggs and whisk together.
  9. Spray a 6x9 baking pan with a nonstick spray. (DO NOT use butter or grease they burn the eggs.).
  10. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or till firm.
  11. Remove from oven and cover with cheese and return to oven for 15 minutes.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. Great for the day when everybody decides to show up at your place. Or for the person that likes to cook ahead for the week.
