Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 4 peeled garlic cloves
  • 175 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place egg & garlic in blender & whizz until garlic is smooth.
  2. Lower the speed & add the olive oil in a slow stream, with the motor still going until the oil has emulsified & thickened.
  3. Add lemon juice & salt.
