Acorn Squash With Apple Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove stalk stub if necessary, slice just enough off the bottom to make a level surface.
  3. Cut in half and remove seeds.
  4. Prick inside surface all over with a fork.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and fill the squash halves, mounding if necessary.
  6. Place in a baking dish, add 1/2 inch of water and cover with foil.
  7. Bake 45 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 minutes.
