Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 (15 oz) cans yams, drained and sliced into bite size pieces

Directions:

  1. Microwave butter in a microwave safe dish, 30 seconds or until melted.
  2. Add scallions, yams and pepper.
  3. Stir gently, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at full power for 3-4 minutes or until hot.
