Ingredients:

  • 6 tsp. hot water
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put tartar, salt, egg whites in chilled mixing bowl. Bring sugar and water just to a boil in a covered saucepan. Add hot syrup to mixer while blending on high speed. Add vanilla. Beat until soft peaks form. Will frost 9x13 cake or 2 layers.
