5 Layer Amaretto Blueberry/Vanilla Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 13x9x2 baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl,combine the eggs,3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.
  4. With electirc mix,beat on medium until smoothy.
  5. Pour over crumbs mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes,then cool.
  7. In mixing bowl,combine the milk,pudding& amaretto.
  8. At low speed,beat for 2 minutes.
  9. Spread this over cream cheese layer.
  10. In a saucepan,add 1 1/4 cups sugar and cornstarch.
  11. Gradually add in amaretto,stir mixture until smoothy.
  12. Stir the berries in.
  13. Cook on medium heat,keep stirring until thickened.
  14. Let cool.
  15. Pour blueberry mixture over pudding layer.
  16. Refridgerate,then spread whipped cream over berries!
