Ingredients:

  1. Line a pie pan with pie dough. Mix the sugar, flour,
  2. Lemon rind, allspice, and salt together. Sprinkle just
  3. A little of this at the bottom of the pie shell.
  4. Affange the tomato slices, a layer at a time, as you
  5. Cover each layer with the sugar mixture, lemon juice,
  6. And a dot of butter on each slice. Keep layering until
  7. You reach the top of the pie tin. Cover with a
  8. Latticed top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
