Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until thick. Stir in remaining ingred. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Check with toothpick.
