Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine soup, lemon juice, sugar, garlic and salt in large saucepan; mix well.
  2. Add zucchini, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  4. Cover and cook 20 - 25 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
