Ingredients:

  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 1/3 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix first six ingredients and set aside.Wisk eggs. Stir in oil, sugar, orange juice and zucchini. Add to flour mixture. Stir to moisten.Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
