Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs till light, add oil sugar vanilla mix well. Add Zucchini, dry ingrediants nuts and raisians. Pour into two freased and floured pans bake 1 1/2 hours 350.
