Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Add zucchini to boiling water until tender but firm, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain, cool, scoop seeds.
  4. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese and garlic.
  5. Spoon into zucchini halves.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes in oven.
