Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in bacon grease in heavy sauce pan
  2. Add sliced zucchini,tomatoe sauce,water,salt and pepper
  3. Cover sauce pan and bring to boil,watching carefully and heated through
  4. Lower heat to simmer and simmer for about 20 min until zucchini is tender.
  5. Serve with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
  6. Enjoy
