Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in medium bowl.
  3. Beat sugar and butter in large mixer bowl until well blended. beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake 15-18 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool 2 minutes on sheets. remove to wire racks and cool completely. Drizzle glaze over cookies. let glaze dry on cookies.
